Rules

Our vendor partners are essential to the success of our events, providing a range of products and services for our visitors to enjoy. More information about the requirements and rules for vendors can be viewed below. For any questions, please contact a member of our team.

1. Insurance

All vehicles on display must be taxed and hold an appropriate MOT certificate if required. Insurance must cover the driver and the use of the vehicle for the date of the event, in compliance with all applicable legislation. Vehicles are exhibited at the owner’s risk.

2. Setting up

Exhibitors are welcome to arrive at the events any time from 8.00am on show days and all exhibiting vehicles must be in place by 10.00am. You are requested to park as directed by our marshals and please adhere to a strict 5MPH speed limit.

3. Camping 

We have limited camping availability for exhibitors at some of our venues, details will be available through our website.

4. Marketing

No advertising is allowed on any private exhibiting vehicles. Cars can be offered for sale but need to display a ‘CAR FOR SALE’ window banner which is available from the organiser at an additional cost of £10 per day payable on show day. All clubs are invited to display a banner or board with their name clearly indicated.  Clubs may use our events to promote their activities and recruit new members and sell club regalia.

5. Show Breakdown

All shows are open to the general public until 4pm, and no vehicles are to be moved prior to 4pm without seeking assistance from the marshals.

Clubs must assign a named person to be responsible for their club site and ensure that all litter from the site is removed.

6. Concours Judging (where applicable)   

Where trophies are awarded, the number of trophies depending upon the size of entry of each class.  All qualifying vehicles on display will be entered into the concours and trophies will be presented in the main arena. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding awards.  Award winners agree to the use of name and car details being used in our marketing and publicity.
